We deliver a wide range of educational and recreation facilities, office, retail and healthcare buildings, hotels, condominium and assisted living communities, car dealerships, restaurants and other large commercial projects throughout central North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.

Concordia Building Company is committed to satisfying our clients ceramic tile needs while providing environmentally-friendly tenant finish construction. The majority of our projects range in size from 2,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet and range in price from $100K to $5M with an average of approximately $500K.
