Steve Beauchesne

Steve is the President and founder of Concordia Building Company, and is responsible for organizing and directing all field operations and day-to-day activities.

He started and successfully ran Concordia Céramiques for 4 years in Montreal, Canada, developing clientele that included major big box retail, restaurants, and development firms. Steve immigrated with his family to the United States of America in 2006 to lead Concordia’s field operations in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Steve initially attended Joliette College in Quebec, Canada and earned a Degree in Civil Engineering from Ahuntsic College in Montréal. Steve speaks fluent French, English, and Spanish.

His training and expertise in engineering and field operations are critical toward Concordia’s ability to self-perform a variety of tasks, saving both time and costs for clients. His cross-cultural experiences lend well as he builds strong relationships with subcontractors to complete work to the highest possible expectation, while also being able to communicate and interact effectively with design professionals, tenants, and owners.
