Joe leads our field crews with steady hands and sharp instincts. A Concordia mainstay since 2018, he’s known on site as “Outlaw” for getting tough jobs done the right way. Off the clock, Joe’s happiest with his wife Kimberly and a fishing rod in hand—he even celebrates his birthday each year by entering fishing tournaments.
